Conforme a Ag\u00eancia Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (Emha), j\u00e1 est\u00e3o com recursos assegurados 1.372 unidades habitacionais, mas o montante a ser utilizado na constru\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi atualizado pela ag\u00eancia.
